Covid 19 -What We Do to Keep You Safe

At GC Suspension we have Implemented a plan to keep you our customers safe during the Covid 19 event, so you can be assured that when you call on us, we have given your safety the highest priority.

Here’s a list of the protocols we have in place:

  • What is your Covid 19 Plan for customers
    • Maintaining safe distances from customers and sanitising all touch points of their vehicle.
    • Keep services as contact free as possible.
  • How the business is continuing to operate during the next few months, what steps are in place to help your customers.
    • We have a loyal team dedicated to keeping themselves their families and our customers safe during this difficult time.
    • All our mechanics have been given personal sanitiser to use at their workstations.
    • All vehicles are sanitised before they get driven.
    • We have installed an automatic sanitising dispenser at the entry of our showroom/office and request customers use this before entering.
    • We have signage throughout the workshop and office reminding everyone to maintain a safe distance and not to lean over the counter.
    • We have closed our waiting room and request customers go for a walk while we attend to their vehicle.
    • We have a one-in-one-out policy with regards to customers in our office, although we have enough square meterage for more we aren’t taking unnecessary risks.

Even though we have a one day turn-around for all our logbook services, we understand that it can inconvenience you, so we offer our customers a lift to work, home or the shops and if available, you are welcome to borrow one of our courtesy cars.
